V: Her name is Anarchy. And she has taught me more as a mistress than you ever did! She has taught me that justice is meaningless without freedom. She is honest. Date: 2008-09-16 07:04 am (UTC)Neo-Con is a very USian thing. Neo-Liberal is used everywhere and by everywhere I mean I've read it and hard the phrase on non-US News outlets and blogs.
And have used it myself, since I know what it means far better than Neo-Con, which strikes me as very US colloquial.
