Answer the question on your own before looking at mine and the meanings:

1. You are not alone. You are walking in the woods. With who?

2. You are walking in the woods. You see an animal. What kind of animal is it?

3. What interaction takes place between you and the animal?

4. You walk deeper in the woods. You enter a clearing and before you is your dream house. Describe it.

5. Is your dream house surrounded by a fence?

6. You enter the house. You walk in to the dining room and see the dining room table. What do you see on AND around it?

7. You exit the house and a cup is on the ground, what kind is it?

8. What do you do with the cup?

9. You walk to the edge of the property where you find yourself standing at the edge of a body of water. What kind of body of water is it?

10. How will you cross the water?

My answers:

1. My niece and nephews.

2. A crow.

3. We stare at each other before moving on.

4. It's a three level cottage (with a basement and flat roof), has a Zen garden, including a nice Koi pond, it's painted a light yellow and has solar panels on the roof.

5. No.

6. There's a huge pot of coffee in the center and many mugs with a cream and sugar dispenser. My family (parents, brother, sisters and their husbands) are playing a board game (probably Trivial Pursuit) waiting for me to come back with my niece and nephews. A few of my friends are waiting around as well, drinking coffee and/or tea.

7. A coffee mug

8. I pick it up.

9. A Laguna, attached to the sea.

10. I'd swim in it.

What your answers mean:

1. The person who you are walking in the woods with is the most important person in your life.

2. The size of the animal is representative of your perception of the size of your problems in your life.

3. The severity of the interaction you have with the animal is representative of how you deal with your problems.

4. The size of your dream home is representative of the size of your ambition to solve your problems.

5. A lack of a fence is indicative of an open personality. People are welcome at all times. The presence of a fence indicates a closed personality. You'd prefer people not drop by unannounced.

6. If your answer did NOT include food, flowers, or people, then you are generally unhappy.

7. The durability of the material with the cup is made of is representative of the perceived durability of your relationship.

8. Your disposition of the cup is representative of your attitude.

9. The size of the body of water is representative of the size of your sexual desire.

10. How wet you get in crossing the water is indicative of the relative importance of your sex life.

1. My daughters Jo and Maia

2. A black bear cub

3. We freeze, afraid that the mother is nearby. After it has left, we cautiously move on.

4. My dream house would be in the city, not in a clearing, so this is my dream vacation cottage:
It's a two-story log house, with an easy-care gravel yard. A small vegetable garden is by the kitchen door, and there are window boxes full of fragrant flowers.
Inside the furnishings are simple and rustic. There are lots of books and craft materials, a piano, and highspeed cable internet.
Downstairs there is an enormous fireplace at the end of a large, open, window-lined room. The well-equipped modern kitchen and modern bathroom are at the other end. The bathroom opens onto an outdoor shower and hot tub. Upstairs there is a comfy bedroom and an open loft space.

5. There is a low wooden fence with a few boxes of lavendar and herbs hung on it.

6. The table is set with colorful stoneware. In the middle there are platters of food.

7. A cracked tea cup.

8. I pick it up and set it on the fence.

9. A shady branch of a clear mountain lake.

10. I use the boat tied up nearby.

V and Justice

V: Ah, I was forgetting that we are not properly introduced. I do not have a name. You can call me V. Madam Justice...this is V. V... this is Madam Justice. hello, Madam Justice.

Justice: Good evening, V.

V: There. Now we know each other. Actually, I've been a fan of yours for quite some time. Oh, I know what you're thinking...

Justice: The poor boy has a crush on me...an adolescent fatuation.

V: I beg your pardon, Madam. It isn't like that at all. I've long admired you...albeit only from a distance. I used to stare at you from the streets below when I was a child. I'd say to my father, "Who is that lady?" And he'd say "That's Madam Justice." And I'd say "Isn't she pretty."

V: Please don't think it was merely physical. I know you're not that sort of girl. No, I loved you as a person. As an ideal.

Justice: What? V! For shame! You have betrayed me for some harlot, some vain and pouting hussy with painted lips and a knowing smile!

V: I, Madam? I beg to differ! It was your infidelity that drove me to her arms!

V: Ah-ha! That surprised you, didn't it? You thought I didn't know about your little fling. But I do. I know everything! Frankly, I wasn't surprised when I found out. You always did have an eye for a man in uniform.

Justice: Uniform? Why I'm sure I don't know what you're talking about. It was always you, V. You were the only one...

V: Liar! Slut! Whore! Deny that you let him have his way with you, him with his armbands and jackboots!

V: Well? Cat got your tongue? I though as much.

V: Very well. So you stand revealed at last. you are no longer my justice. You are his justice now. You have bedded another.

Justice: Sob! Choke! Wh-who is she, V? What is her name?

V: Her name is Anarchy. And she has taught me more as a mistress than you ever did! She has taught me that justice is meaningless without freedom. She is honest. She makes no promises and breaks none. Unlike you, Jezebel. I used to wonder why you could never look me in the eye. Now I know. So good bye, dear lady. I would be saddened by our parting even now, save that you are no longer the woman I once loved.
