I love my family
Jun. 11th, 2006 08:17 pmI am an incredibly lucky person.
I think I'm one of the luckiest people alive today.
I don't think I could have asked for more supportive and loving parents.
I've been a little worried about Mummy and Daddy even since I've become a lot more out about being Bi. I'm not really all out-there, except the button and the shaved head if you're going to take hair as politics :).
I don't give Mummy enough credit; Mummy reads this blog, so I knew she'd see the notice that I was going to the Pride Parade and instead of ignoring the post (which I was sure she would) she wrote me an email telling me to have a good time and to be careful.
How awesome is that!?
Mummy is the coolest.
In addition, coming back to Jade with an array of beads and buttons, and not bat an eye. I put all my buttons onto my hat, making it a very political hat indeed and Shvo put it on, he looked so cute and I said he was such a sweet feminist boy.
Jade replied; "Of course he's a feminist boy".
I love my family!
