The UN did what it always does. Report on things and not do much to change. They always act after-the-fact and are under the US thumb seeing as the headquarters are in NYC.
I have a hard time viewing them as anything other than a toothless... whatever that pops up when a finger needs a-wagging.

I think the PA has some mishandling on it's head, but that's hardly the main reason for the resolutions not doing much good. Israel has the PA by the short and curlies and that's pretty much it.
