Yeah, I think I must have a greater mental separation between Who and Torchwood than you do, because I really don't see it as the Doctor's problem at all.

...still, I'm not going back and watching CoE any time soon, because that was damn good TV and very hard to watch, just like Sarah Connor Chronicles.
