Occidental Domination

I come from a family of such weirdos.

A paranoid argument about Chinses economic domination, as though it would have any effect on our culture other than consumption.

The words "Occidental" and "Domination" came up a few times.

Double standard much.

To me it's just proof at the invidiousness of Capitalism and White-Supremacy.

And to think that just a few decades ago this same Occidental culture tried to exterminate us.

How fickle we are.

Well, it's something that dominates our foreign affairs and economy in Australia, and there a bit of fear as well, after all, only 50 years have passed since another aggressive imperialist Asian nation tried to invade us, and I believe it's left a bit of a scar, and we have a mixed relationship with our next door neighbours (Indonesia and Malaysia).

Let's just say, apart from NZ, we're the odd ones out in the region, and we're a living reminder of the colonial past.

Paranoid is in the eye of the beholder. I don't think it was a paranoid discussion.

As for you last comment, I see you equate Nazi Germany with occidental culture?
That's quite strange...
