It has finally begun to winter here, never mind that it has been getting darker earlier and earlier for the past month and a half, it has finally gotten slightly chilly in the early afternoon and even drizzled a little, like the weather people threatened it would!

I'm finally wearing my toe socks, each tow enclosed in its own little sock, oh the bliss! The unimaginable bliss!

Does Israel practice daylight savings? We just switched over on Saturday and now it's bright and sunny in the morning when I had just gotten used to it being dark when I get up and I miss it. Driving to work in the dark is so much more peaceful and calming.

Yep we do, we switch during the High Holidays so that the religious people can do their daily prayers more comfortably.
